• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products on this website (or 21 years of age, depending on the product, such as handgun ammunition, according to state laws).

3. Ammunition Purchases

• We do not ship ammunition to locations where prohibited. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to know their local laws.
• All ammunition is considered dangerous. Proper safety gear and procedures must be followed.
• All sales are final.

4. Shipping and Returns

• We DO NOT accept returns on ammunition. Ammunition sales are final.
• Certain items may be restricted in states such as CA, NY, NJ, MA, IL, etc.
• If a product is returned due to a failed background check, illegal item, or shipping restriction, a restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. Limitation of Liability
Oathbound Armory shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our home state. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
